Craig O’Neill of Garden City, New York, joined the Little Flower Board in 2023. He has volunteered alongside board members since 2016 on investment and finance oversight. He is currently the CEO of Hilton Capital Management, a Long Island-based asset management firm. His prior work experiences include running the Equity desk and Prime Brokerage at Rafferty Capital Markets and working as an Options Specialist on the floor of the American Stock Exchange for CDM Partners.

Mr. O’Neill graduated from Hobart College in 1989 with a degree in Economics. He and his spouse, Julie, have three children.
